Monthly Visit :
A Monthly visit will be made by Microcomp’s customer support engineer for a general check on all the systems and networks.
Preventive Maintenance :
Microcomp’s customer support engineer will conduct a Preventive service once in three month. This service will be conducted at the customer’s premises. The service will consist of thoroughly cleaning of all the systems and conducting burn test of all the system’s components and check for any virus within the systems and network.
Stand-by Systems :
Microcomp will provide stand-by systems on availability so as to offset the workload on the systems that are under service contract and are not functioning.
Apart from these services that form a part of the Annual Maintenance Contract, Microcomp provides the services of its customer support engineers within one hour of any service requirement call made to the office.
